RATES & POLICIES

Rates
|
$150
per night for 1 or 2 guests, plus $25 per night for each additional
guest up to a maximum of 6. Weekly rates are available. During
October weekends a two-night minimum is required.

Payment
|
Full
payment is expected at the time your reservation is made. Accommodations
must be paid for using a credit card, and all major cards are
accepted. Receipt and reservation confirmation will be sent to
you by mail.

|
Cancellations
|
Cancellations
made at least 10 days in advance of scheduled arrival will be
refunded, less a 10% handling fee, or fully exchanged for a gift
certificate to be used at a future date.
For cancellations less than 10 days in advance, a 50% refund will be
provided. If we are able to make your cancelled reservation available
to another guest, we will provide a full refund, less 10% handling fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours of reservation will receive no
refund unless we are able to rebook the house.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in
time is between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Pets
|
No
pets please, but we will be happy to help you make boarding arrangements
with a local kennel in advance of your arrival. |

Smoking
|
Smoking
is not permitted anywhere inside the guesthouse. Feel free to smoke
outside. Guests who do not respect the no-smoking policy will be
charged $100 for cleaning smoke residue.

Occupancy
|
The
capacity of the house is 6 guests. You are welcome to have visitors
during your stay, but only registered guests may spend the night.
If you do have overnight visitors, an additional charge will be
added to your bill.

Housekeeping
|
Housekeeping
services are generally not provided for one- and two-night stays,
but can be made available by prior arrangement at an additional
charge. You are not expected to clean the house before departing.
